1. Order Processing
1.1 Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on a business day before 5:00 PM (CET / Amsterdam time) will be processed the same day.
Orders placed 1.2 Shipping Confirmation
After shipping, the customer will automatically receive an email with a tracking number, so the delivery can be tracked in real time.
2. Delivery Times
Please note: We only ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and Poland.

2.2 Total Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping)

We aim to deliver your order within this timeframe. In accordance with consumer legislation, we guarantee delivery within 30 days of the date of purchase. If this is not possible, you are entitled to:

We will inform you in a timely manner in the event of a delay.
3. Origin & Fulfillment
Our products are packed and shipped by external fulfillment partners. Most items ship directly from China, which may affect the packaging.
All orders are processed through our distribution center in The Netherlands.
4. Shipping Costs & Taxes

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
