Refund policy

1. Return Period and Conditions

1.1 Return Period
Customers have the right to register a return within a period of fourteen (14) days after receipt of their order. After registration, customers have fourteen (14) days to return the product.

1.2 Return Policy
To be eligible for return, the product must:

  • Unworn, unused and in good condition.You may try on and view the product as you would in a store.
  • Come with the original tags and packaging..
  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be processed.

1.3 Return destination
In most cases, the return package should be sent back to our international warehouse in China. You will receive the exact return address by email after your return request has been submitted.

2. Costs and Procedure

2.1 Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of returning to the warehouse in China is €24.95, depending on the shipping location and package size. Customers are advised to consider these costs in advance.

2.2 Return Request and Approval
Returns can only be requested via info@luna-co.nl or via our contact form. Once approved, the customer will receive the return address and detailed shipping instructions.

2.3 Processing Time
Once the return has been received and processed at our warehouse, the customer will be notified. The refund will be processed within seven (7) business days via the original payment method.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

3.1 Reporting Damage or Defects
Upon receiving the order, the customer must inspect the product. If the item is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly, we recommend that you contact us immediately via info@luna-co.nl or via our contact form, stating:

  • The order number.
  • Photographic evidenceof the damage or defect.

We will send the customer a replacement product free of charge. The report is assessed individually and appropriate measures are taken.


4. Exchanges

4.1 Exchange Conditions
Customers can request an exchange within fourteen (14) days after receiving their order.

4.2 Costs and Shipping

  • The replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
  • Return costs for the original item will be borne by the customer.

Important: You will never be charged a restocking fee.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Procedure
Upon receipt of the return or proof of shipment, the customer will be notified of the refund.

5.2 Payment Period
The refund amount will be processed within seven (7) business days via the original payment method.

Please note: Depending on the processing time of banks and credit card companies, the actual credit may take longer. If the refund is not received within seven (7) business days, we recommend that the customer contact us via info@luna-co.nl or via our contact form.
