Exchange and Return Information
Exchanges
You can exchange your order within 14 days of receipt. In the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge. You will be notified once the new item has been shipped. We do not reimburse the return shipping costs of the original product. Please note that the return address is usually located in China.
Exchanges are quick and easy by following these steps:
Step 1: Request your exchange via info@luna-co.nl or via our contact form.
Step 2: You will receive an email with your return instructions within 24 hours.
Step 3: Hand the package over to the shipping company (drop-off or pick-up).
The replacement product will be shipped as soon as:
- The exchange item/replacement item has been received at our warehouse.
- Proof of shipment has been sent to info@luna-co.nl.
If you want to exchange sooner, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original order.
Returns
You can You must return your order within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. In most cases, the return package must be shipped to China. You will be notified once your returned order has been processed in our warehouse (within a maximum of 3 days). The refund will be processed within seven (7) business days via the original payment method.
