What are the shipping costs?

Shipping (including track & trace) is free on all orders. All taxes and any import duties are already paid.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of purchase.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CEST) on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method – Tracked Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

NL/BE: The estimated delivery time, excl. Processing time is between five (5) and ten (10) business days, depending on destination and item availability.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to factors such as regional logistics, carrier service, and holidays.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Considering both processing and shipping, total estimated delivery time from the time of order is approximately six (6) to thirteen (13) business days.
